A Telemetry/Medical-Surgical (Tele/Medsurg) Registered Nurse (RN) is a healthcare professional who provides comprehensive care to patients with diverse medical conditions while specializing in continuous cardiac and vital sign monitoring. They assess patients, administer medications and treatments, interpret telemetry readings, and respond quickly to changes in condition.
