A Dialysis Registered Nurse (Dialysis RN) is a specialized healthcare professional who provides care to patients with chronic kidney disease or renal failure requiring dialysis treatment. Dialysis RNs monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, administer medications, and manage vascular access to ensure safe and effective treatment. They educate patients about dialysis care, diet, and fluid management while providing emotional support throughout the process. Working collaboratively with nephrologists, technicians, and other healthcare providers, Dialysis Nurses ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
