Endoscopy Techs prepare procedure rooms and equipment, ensure proper sterilization of instruments, and assist with patient positioning and monitoring before, during, and after procedures. They support gastroenterologists by handling endoscopic tools, maintaining visualization, and responding promptly to procedural needs. Endoscopy Technicians work closely with nurses, physicians, and sterile processing teams to ensure patient safety, efficiency, and adherence to infection-control standards. With strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a calm, patient-focused approach, Endoscopy Techs play an essential role in delivering safe and effective digestive healthcare.
