Telemetry RNs assess patient conditions, monitor heart rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, and manage treatments for patients with cardiac and complex medical conditions. They recognize and respond promptly to rhythm changes or clinical deterioration, collaborating closely with physicians, cardiologists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
